How we got here
Jeff and Paula Hiltibran are the founders of NW Florida Sharpening. Jeff has been sharpening knives for over 50 years. As a gift, Jeff got Paula a set of top-rated knives. Like many others, Paula sent her knives to be sharpened by the manufacturer. After weeks of waiting and the cost of shipping and sharpening, they came back not much better than they left her. Jeff saw a need and decided to fill it. Slowly people started to ask him….” can you do that for me???” And that’s how it all started.
